Plenty of parking in the drive for 5 vehicles.

Security deposits will be returned within 7 days of departure if the home was left as you found it.  Anything missing or damaged will be documented via pictures and submitted for discussion and will delay return of the security deposit if repairs are needed to be made.

You will be provided a code to gain access to the home for the dates of your stay.  We will communicate with you prior to your arrival date for Check in & Check out times based upon other reservations.

Pets are allowed with a Pet Fee.  Please message with questions.  If the place is left as you found it when you arrived your $500 security deposit will be refunded within 7 days of your departure.

No Parties for guests not disclosed in the rental agreement.

No Smoking in the house our inside the screened porch.

My husband, Dave and I have lived here in the OBX for 15+ years and have been local business owners for 10+ years.  We hope you will enjoy this home and come see us at our coffee shop/deli in Nags Head (Waveriders Coffee and Deli).
